Chandrayaan 3 mission has been trending after Union minister Jitendra Singh on Sunday announced the details about Chandrayaan mission. Chandrayaan 3 to be launched in 2021. Chandrayaan 3 launch date has not been disclosed.
    Chandrayaan 3 mission was to be launched in mid 2020 but due to covid 19 pandamic it has been postponed to 2021. 
     Unlike Chandrayaan 2 in Chandrayaan 3 mission there will be no orbiter there will be only rover and lander. The Chandrayaan 3 will scan the particular surface of the moon and it will artificial created 200 km from Bangalore.
    Chandrayaan 2 has been launched on 22 July and it lost contact on September 6 2019. So the Union minister Jitendra Singh announced Chandrayaan 3 mission on september 6 2020.
    Union minister on Sunday said "Constraints due to the COVID pandemic led to some disruptions in the plan for Gaganyaan but efforts are going on to stick to the timeline of around 2022."
